Two-Factor Authentication

Two-factor authentication (2FA) adds an extra layer of security to your Mazing World account. Once enabled, you will need a temporary 6-digit security code from your authenticator app in addition to your password when signing in.

1. Open the 2FA Settings

Sign in to Mazing World with your user account.

Then open the settings menu in the bottom-left corner and select “Manage 2FA”.

2. Verify Your Email Address

Before you can enable 2FA, your email address must be verified.

If your email address has not been verified yet, click “Verify Email”. You will receive an email containing a verification link.

Open the email and click the provided link. Once your email address has been verified, you can continue setting up two-factor authentication.

3. Install an Authenticator App

To use two-factor authentication, you need an authenticator app on your smartphone. For example, you can use one of the following apps:

  • Google Authenticator

  • Microsoft Authenticator

Install one of these apps from the App Store or Google Play Store and open it.

4. Scan the QR Code

During the setup process, Mazing World will display a QR code.

Open your authenticator app, add a new account, and scan the displayed QR code.

This will link your Mazing World account to the authenticator app. The app will then automatically generate a new 6-digit security code at regular intervals.

5. Enable 2FA

Enter the current 6-digit code displayed in your authenticator app into Mazing World and confirm it.

Once the code has been successfully verified, two-factor authentication is enabled for your account.

Signing In with 2FA

The next time you sign in to Mazing World, first enter your email address and password as usual.

You will then be prompted to enter the current 6-digit security code from your authenticator app.

Open Google Authenticator or Microsoft Authenticator, find the code displayed for Mazing World, and enter it.

Once the code has been successfully verified, you will be signed in as usual.

Note: After enabling 2FA, you will need access to your authenticator app to sign in to Mazing World.
