# Support anfragen

### **Support-Anfrage stellen**

Wenn du ein Problem hast, kannst du unser **Support-Team** ganz einfach kontaktieren, indem du diesen Schritten folgst:

1.) Gehe zur **Mazing World Plattform** und klicke auf **„Support Ticket“**.

Klicke auf **Support Ticket**.

2.) Es öffnet sich ein **Support-Formular**, in dem du dein Problem kurz beschreiben kannst.

(Optional) Du kannst **Screenshots oder Videos anhängen**, damit wir das Problem besser verstehen und schneller lösen können.

### **Ticket absenden**

Nachdem du dein Ticket abgeschickt hast, wird unser **Support-Team** deine Anfrage prüfen und sich **so schnell wie möglich** bei dir melden.
