# AI Video App
Upload a start frame, describe the motion you want – and the AI turns it into a video. Optionally add an end frame, and the video will transition from the start frame to the end frame.

Video generation can take a few minutes. You can close this page in the meantime and come back later - your video will be waiting for you when it's done.

### Start and End Frame
* **Start Frame** (required): the image your video starts with.
* **End Frame** (optional): an image your video should end on. Leave it empty to let the AI animate freely from the start frame.
Images can be uploaded directly or picked from your product library.
### Video Description
In the text field, describe the motion, camera movement, and mood the video should have - e.g. *"Camera slowly pushes in, soft light from the left"*.
Use the magic wand button next to the field to have the AI automatically improve your prompt.
### Settings
#### Quality / Resolution
Choose between **480p, 720p, 1080p, 2k, and 4k**. Higher resolutions mean more detail, but also a slightly longer generation time.
#### Duration
Video length is selectable between **5 and 10 seconds**.

Aspect ratio is currently taken automatically from the start frame and can't be set separately.

### Shots
A video project (a "session") can consist of multiple **shots** - e.g. several variations or scenes you generate one after another.
* **New Shot**: adds another, empty shot.
* Switch between shots by clicking them in the strip below.
* A shot can be deleted as long as it isn't currently generating.
### Preview vs. Full Generation

The **Preview** is meant for quickly and cheaply checking whether the motion between the start and end frame looks the way you want, before running the full (more expensive) generation.

Please don't navigate away while a preview is generating - it isn't saved anywhere, so the result would be lost.

### Generating a Video
Click **"Generate shot \[number]"**. Generation runs server-side in the background, so while it's running you can:
* keep working on another shot,
* leave the page and come back later,
* close the app entirely - the video will be waiting, finished, in your History.
While a shot is generating, the preview area shows a loading indicator instead of the result.
### Sessions
Use the **"Sessions"** button in the top right to reopen previous or currently running video sessions - including all shots, results, and the original input images.
Once a session is open or a result exists, a **"New session"** button appears next to it, letting you start over from scratch.
### History
The History shows every video you've generated, along with its input image(s), prompt, aspect ratio, duration, and quality. From there you can:
* download the finished video,
* reuse the same inputs again in the AI Video App ("Reuse All Inputs"),
* bring an image from History or the Product Library directly into the AI Video App as a new shot (via the *"Reuse"* / *"Use product in App"* button → *"Open in AI Video"*).
